PatandarStore (operated by TANVEER MALL LLC) is committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably across the continental United States. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM CST)

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume periods may affect delivery times.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain oversized items. International shipping is not available at this time.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website or through your account on www.patandarstore.com.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at the email above — we can only modify addresses before the order ships.
